Comprehensive Warranty
All Mercedes-Benz cars under 100,000 miles, regardless of age, will benefit from a minimum of 12 months, unlimited mileage warranty. If the car was first registered after 1st May 1999 it will have had a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty, any balance of which is transferable to you as the subsequent owner. The minimum 12 months warranty supplied may include the balance of the manufacturer’s warranty if applicable. With unlimited mileage cover and no individual claim limits, this is one of the most comprehensive used car warranties available.
30 Day Exchange Plan
Should you not be satisfied with your car for any reason, you are entitled to exchange it at any time within the first 30 days or 1000 miles of ownership (whichever comes sooner). Terms and conditions apply.
Multi-Point Check
To give you maximum peace of mind, every Mercedes-Benz Direct car is inspected by a trained technician. The inspection covers all mechanical and electrical components, the bodywork, interior, tyres and wheels and each car is thoroughly road tested before going on sale.
Road Side Assistance Cover
Mercedes-Benz Direct cars are covered for a minimum of 12 months by a unique Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance package that ensures you are back on the road with the minimum of inconvenience. Furthermore, those registered after 24 October 1998 will benefit from MobiloLife. MobiloLife Roadside Assistance runs for 30 years from the date of first registration, provided your car is serviced by a Mercedes-Benz Retailer. The Vaneo is covered by MobilityGo rather than MobiloLife.
Vehicle History & Mileage Check
Independent companies verify there are no outstanding finance charges and that the car isn't registered as a stolen vehicle or an insurance write-off. We ensure the chassis and registration numbers are the same as those recorded by the DVLA. For your peace of mind, an independent check on the vehicle's mileage record is also carried out.
Servicing
Mercedes-Benz Direct cars will not require routine servicing at the customer's expense for a minimum of 3,000 miles or 3 months from the date of sale (whichever comes sooner).
Replacement Car
To keep you mobile in the unlikely event of a breakdown, we make provision for a suitable replacement car, with the hire period extendable to 10 days.
Vehicle Handover
The vehicle handover is as comprehensive with a pre-owned Mercedes as it would be for a new one. As well as all the relevant paperwork and certificates, our sales staff will take you through a comprehensive checklist and demonstration to ensure you are familiar with your vehicle.
